Empowill, c'est la solution SaaS qui permet aux entreprises que nous accompagnons de favoriser la montée en compétences de leurs collaborateurs.

Notre outil facilite la gestion du plan de formation, digitalise les entretiens de carrière, et gère les compétences de l'entreprise.

En plus de notre logiciel, nous accompagnons nos clients grâce à un support métier sur-mesure pour répondre à toutes leurs problématiques liées à nos solutions.

Ton rôle au quotidien :
  1. Créer et développer ton pipe en traitant les leads fournis par l'équipe SDR.
  2. Gérer un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques et répondre aux appels d'offres avec rigueur et anticipation.
  3. Assurer un suivi rigoureux des leads jusqu'à la conclusion des deals.
  4. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les SDR et les Customer Success Managers pour maximiser les opportunités.
  5. Closer efficacement des opportunités complexes impliquant plusieurs décideurs.
Ton environnement :

Tu bénéficieras d'un soutien constant de ton manager et de l'équipe SDR pour atteindre tes objectifs.

Un programme de formation complet te permettra de maîtriser notre marché, notre produit, et d'adapter ton discours en fonction des personas.

Ton manager, Geoffroy, et le Team Lead Sales, Antoine, seront à tes côtés pour t'accompagner dans ta montée en compétences.

Profil recherché :
  1. Tu as une solide expérience en tant qu'Account Executive en SaaS (c'est un plus si c'était dans la HR tech).
  2. Tu es organisé.e et rigoureux.se, et tu sais gérer tes priorités.
  3. Tu as le goût du challenge et de la performance.
  4. Tu as un sens de l'écoute, une bonne capacité à comprendre les besoins, et tu poses les bonnes questions.
  5. Tu maîtrises les ventes avec plusieurs décideurs ; la connaissance des appels d'offres est un plus.
  6. Tu es capable de recevoir du feedback et d'en donner.
  7. Tu as le sourire et de l'énergie à revendre.
  8. Tu as une belle plume (à bas les fautes d'orthographe ).
