Drive Strategic Growth with MongoDB

As an Inside Account Executive at MongoDB, you will play a critical role in formulating and executing a sales strategy within our most strategic accounts. Your focus will be on closing net new workloads and expanding MongoDB's footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline within MongoDB's most strategic accounts
* Drive product adoption in LOBs/BUs you own in the account, upsell/cross-sell by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and multi-level champions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and the internal sales ecosystem to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
* Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on NWLs, NARR, and PS

What We're Looking For:

* Min 1.5 to 2 years B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role, or Strategic Account-based selling experience
* Experience selling complex SaaS and/or Cloud products/services
* Proven track record of overachievement through generating your own pipeline and hitting sales targets
* Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious teammate with a strong desire to be successful

Location:

Preference for EMEA: Paris, Barcelona, Dublin. Willing to be flexible based on level of experience if employee is already operating in a remote capacity.
