Responsabilités
Afin de répondre aux exigences croissantes du secteur, nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe commerciale. En collaboration avec les Chargé(e)s de Comptes et de Clientèle, vous serez impliqué(e) dans le suivi des clients pour un portefeuille spécifique (grands et moyens comptes) afin de proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs attentes. En liaison avec nos partenaires assureurs, vous contribuerez à l'élaboration des propositions commerciales, tout en tenant compte des contraintes (cahier des charges, délais...). Vous serez également l'interface avec notre département Gestion pour traiter les cas particuliers (mise en place des nouvelles affaires, affiliations/cotisations, prestations), et vous aurez la responsabilité de mettre à jour les documents commerciaux et de gestion (notices, résumés de garanties,...).
Vous participerez également à la dynamique de l'équipe : mise à jour de la base de données clients, gestion des rendez-vous et des déplacements, organisation des réunions avec les clients...
Profil & Compétences Requises
Titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de Commercial Technique ou dans un poste de suivi/développement commercial à l'international, avec une maîtrise de l'anglais à un niveau professionnel.
