We are currently seeking a Nursing Pool Member to join our versatile team, providing care across various departments including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, and Ambulatory services on a permanent contract.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a structured annual plan.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will engage in patient care across multiple service areas. Your primary duties will include:

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute medical prescriptions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Deliver compassionate care and psychological support during daily activities
  • Conduct comfort and preventive care measures
  • Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and interpret medical test results
  • Assist patients with treatment and pain management strategies
  • Document and maintain accurate health records in patient files

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize medical equipment for use
  • Ensure proper disinfection and decontamination of medical tools
