We are currently seeking a Financial Control Assistant within our finance department. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently track the goals and outcomes at the regional level. You will also be tasked with preparing and overseeing budget implementation, along with performing controls and analyses related to both investment and operational activities.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing performance by developing and refining dashboards
- Creating and suggesting pertinent analytical tools to operational teams to engage them in results and budget monitoring
- Compiling data tables to deliver essential information for the organization's operations, and participating in monthly closing processes
- Offering insights and recommendations to your colleagues (identifying and interpreting variances) and proposing corrective actions
- Supporting the management controller with special requests from leadership
