Guest Services Director

At Waterford Hotel Group, we are seeking a Guest Services Director to lead our front office team. As a Guest Services Director, you will be responsible for leading and motivating associates, maintaining departmental training, and adhering to brand and Waterford Hotel Group guest service standards.
This role oversees front office associates and direct guest relations, including Guest Service Agents and Night Auditors. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Key responsibilities include distributing information effectively, based on input from other departments, and executing tasks with the front office team.
