Job Title: SAP Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

ENGIE is seeking a highly experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to join its GET program, a strategic Enterprise transformation program with a high IT footprint. The successful candidate will be accountable for all RUN activities of GET Applications, including evolutive maintenance, and will lead the RUN Steering Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all RUN activities of GET Applications, including evolutive maintenance
  • Define and control RUN SLA with GBS IT
  • Lead the RUN Steering Committee
  • Define RUN budget and charging model, challenge and control costs
  • Ensure and monitor SLA with external partners with GBS IT
  • Ensure industrialization and automation, especially thanks to innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI,...)
  • Monitor users satisfaction and define associated action plan
  • Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, Data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & tech lead
  • Manage the contracts of service providers in interaction with the Vendor Management Office
  • Drive special RUN projects (retrofits, upgrades, business reorganizations,...)
  • Secure transition to RUN for each roll out
  • Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle,...)

Requirements:

  • Senior position that require significant experience in SAP Service Delivery Management, especially for large and international SAP applications
  • Ability to lead in matrixial organizations
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
  • Experience of working in project management mode
  • Rigorous, able to find the right balance between industrialization and day-to-day requirements
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
  • Team spirit
