Mission Overview

YOUR ROLE:

As a Proximity Site Manager within the West City division, you will actively support the daily operations by managing requests from tenants of Silène residences.

Reporting to the Head of the West City division, you will maintain regular communication with tenants and partners. The division encompasses:

  • over 10 Silène properties
  • including locations in Priority Urban Areas

As the primary contact for tenants, you will oversee the services provided to enhance and ensure the quality of service regarding housing, communal areas, and cleanliness. You will monitor adherence to procedures and oversee contract compliance by service providers. Additionally, you will serve as the reference point for proximity officers in the region.

You will conduct technical inspections of properties and communal areas, utilizing your technical expertise to address complaints, diagnose necessary interventions, and ensure that work is completed within budget and on schedule. You will estimate, plan, and oversee required tasks.

In emergency situations, you will implement necessary actions to safeguard both property and individuals.

As a crucial figure in tenant relations, you will participate in efforts to address non-payment issues and social risk prevention, as well as manage neighborhood disturbances (excluding legal matters).

Organized and detail-oriented, you will ensure the efficient operation of administrative functions within the division (monitoring dashboards, responding to correspondence and other inquiries, maintenance oversight).

You will be on call (approximately one week per quarter) with managerial support.

Profile

YOUR PROFILE:

Ideally possessing a technical background (e.g., civil engineering, construction) or experience in the real estate sector with a focus on social housing.

You should have at least one prior experience in diagnosing faults and irregularities.

Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this position. You will need to manage multiple requests within established deadlines. Your ability to prioritize will be your greatest asset.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required, enabling you to adapt to various stakeholders and effectively communicate and persuade.

A valid driver's license is mandatory.
