At DailyStaffWorks Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled French speaking customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and other devices.
  • Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French.
  • Advanced English knowledge.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
