As a prospective Lead Cybersecurity Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Cybersecurity Operations and become an integral part of the AXA IM Technology - Infrastructure team.
The Cybersecurity Operations team offers specialized knowledge to stakeholders, promoting a risk-based strategy while supporting essential activities for both projects and routine operations.
In this role, you will encounter unique challenges and opportunities at the intersection of cybersecurity and project management. This position demands a cybersecurity professional who not only comprehends cybersecurity principles but also effectively integrates them into project management processes.

1- Technology and Information Security Projects (Primary Focus)
- Provide cybersecurity expertise and engineering support to technology-facing teams during their project activities, leading cybersecurity operations within project squads.
- Drive projects to realize desired outcomes as new services are defined or modifications are made to production platforms. Establish necessary controls and processes to manage operational risk, business continuity plans, and IT security aspects.
- Collaborate with the team to design innovative cybersecurity solutions. Manage the lifecycle of platforms and cybersecurity solutions in alignment with AXA IM Technology strategy, ensuring that impacts of new solutions are evaluated against existing technology frameworks and architecture patterns. Lead technical projects to implement and deploy these new cybersecurity solutions, including those related to the SMART program.
- Integrate security measures into project development and lifecycle processes to enhance and optimize the Security Policy.
- Systematically assess and test project, infrastructure, application, and third-party risks.
- Implement IT processes to ensure Operational Security, enhancing existing processes and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Evaluate and review the criticality of vulnerabilities to provide risk-based insights for business stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of remediation actions following assessments.
- Assist project and business stakeholders in addressing identified deficiencies and implementing necessary remediations.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to enhance and optimize control activities.
- Act as a business enabler by adopting a pragmatic approach to support secure business operations.
a. Security
- Adhere to company guidelines and regulations to ensure the secure handling of company data, whether electronically or in written form.
- Promptly escalate any security issues or potential breaches to mitigate risks effectively.
- In alignment with the Information System Security policy, develop and implement processes to ensure level 1 controls are established, executed, and monitored.
- Deliver security projects that safeguard the overall infrastructure in accordance with AXA Group policy.
- Support IT audits as necessary and facilitate the resolution of any audit deficiencies within agreed timelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team to deploy new services that add value and are cost-effective for the business.

Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or extensive experience in similar technical IT management roles.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
- Experience in information risk assessment and risk analysis is essential.
- Preferred certifications in Information Security and/or Information Technology (CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC or equivalent).
- Experience in an advisory capacity on IT security for business projects is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships is required.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering services in a service-oriented manner.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of collaborating with diverse skill sets and personalities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate security challenges and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of security across various domains: network security, system security, application security, cloud security, etc.
- Expertise in cloud, blockchain, and AI is highly recommended.
- Able to effectively function within a matrix structure.
- Demonstrated facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; working knowledge of French is preferred.
