Job Description

As a SAP Change and Adoption Specialist, you will play a key role in a large-scale project aimed at improving the performance of Hermès Retail supply chain and Store Operations through the implementation of Retail SAP.

You will be responsible for understanding the challenges of having the right product at the right place at the right time and supporting the company through its digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and support change management and adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure the update of impact assessments on new processes, responsibilities, or functionalities.
  • Support Business Process Owners and Business Owners in their domain, ensuring a strong change approach.
  • Prepare change materials, including change impact analysis, brainstorming, and anchor activities.
  • Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, online tutorials, and e-learning storyboards.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for trainers, key-users, and end-users.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Familiarity with luxury, supply chain, and/or merchandising concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in store operations, supply chain, or IT implementation.
  • Strong competences in knowledge transfer and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and CEGID.
