We are developing digital solutions for our customers, suppliers/growers, and McCain team members to facilitate digital workflows and data-driven automation. Through these investments, we aspire to transform McCain into an organization that equips our teams with intuitive systems to enhance collaboration, productivity, and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Deployment:
- Own the regional deployment strategy and integrate updates as directed by the governance structure.
- Lead the regional deployment function, ensuring project timelines are adhered to effectively.
- Modify the deployment playbook according to established deployment principles.
- Refine the global deployment playbook for successful execution and engage with key stakeholders to ensure input into standardized planning materials.
- Develop and monitor a regional deployment roadmap to ensure consistent preparation and successful implementation across regions.
Deployment:
- Oversee the execution of the deployment playbook.
- Manage the MDIxAI program.
Post-Deployment:
- Revise standards for future deployments based on user feedback and satisfaction metrics, recommending improvements to the deployment strategy.
- Coordinate feedback with Global/Regional and plant Workstream Leads to share insights and ensure the success of future rollouts.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Deployment Team and IT to develop pre-deployment and deployment strategies.
- Provide guidelines for standardized training for plant employees in preparation for deployment.
- Conduct retrospective meetings to gather feedback and optimize future deployment processes.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is typically required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies are advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or digital technologies, with a proven track record in leading large-scale global projects and change management.
- Strong leadership capabilities and senior-level relationship management skills.
- Experience in talent management and allocation.
- Proficiency in creating deployment standards.
- Understanding of MDIxAI use cases and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with MDIxAI stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
