Job Title: PR Manager UK, Ireland

Polène is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PR Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our international PR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the brand's image, visibility, and market presence in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored PR strategies to strengthen brand awareness and perception.
  • Align PR initiatives with HQ objectives to maximize impact and visibility.
  • Leverage strong business knowledge of influencer marketing to identify and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, stylists, and celebrities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers across the region.
  • Secure positive media coverage through strategic pitching and media outreach efforts.
  • Plan and execute PR events, including store receptions and other events to engage with key stakeholders and enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve PR strategies and outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with the global PR team to maintain consistent messaging and strategy.
  • Manage the PR budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Allocate resources strategically to maximize impact and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in public relations within the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in fashion PR roles.
  • Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the region.
  • Good knowledge of the different social media platforms with strong expertise in organic and paid influencer strategy on social media.
  • Experience in celebrity agency management and ambassador contract negotiation is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective PR campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PR analytics tools and software.
