Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our international development team in the UK and Ireland. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and bringing to signature projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify target accounts in the UK and Ireland
- Proactively contact target accounts to qualify their needs and qualify deals using the MEDDIC methodology
- Lead demos and workshops supported by operations teams
- Manage sales cycles end-to-end
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction during project implementation
- Keep opening doors and filling the pipeline with new opportunities
- Regularly organize and lead trips in the region
- Represent Javelot and attend industry events in the region
- Stay up-to-date with geopolitical and geostrategic aspects of the cereals and entertain relationships with key stakeholders in the region
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience in sales and/or business development, ideally in the tech or service supplier industry, or at a farming cooperative or grain trading company
- Eager to learn MEDDIC and SPIN methodologies and apply them
- Able to create pipeline generation and conversion independently
- Looking for a healthy and dynamic work environment to take the next challenge
- Great sense of communication, initiative, innovation, negotiation, and curiosity
- Willing to contribute to changing the industry and supporting its energetic and technological transition
- Sensitive to the issue of eco-responsibility and wanting to give meaning to the function
