Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting internal reporting, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational managers to prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in monthly close processes with the accounting team
- Identify and justify variances in financial performance
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills
- Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, SAP, and SAP/4 Hana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
