Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to support our Client Delivery Sponsors in providing scrutiny advice and sign-off for feasibility studies, assessments, and business cases. The successful candidate will also assist in developing and maintaining prioritized programmes for nuclear and non-nuclear maintenance and projects, evaluating delivery risks and fostering collaborative working with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide scrutiny advice and sign-off for feasibility studies, assessments, and business cases
  2. Support commercial activities and Contract Performance Measurement and Management
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining prioritized programmes for nuclear and non-nuclear maintenance and projects
  4. Promote a whole life cost culture within the organization
  5. Support the development of infrastructure-related contract changes and amendments
  6. Provide programme support through active participation in various meetings
  7. Develop and maintain management information systems
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong administration support skills, document control skills, and strong IT skills. Experience in supporting the delivery of Major Projects and handling engineering/commercial project documentation is desirable.
