About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Marketing Intern to support the management of our global partner programme. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and reporting performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of global partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain daily reports to track and optimize partnership performance, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for global tier 1 partners, providing exceptional customer service and support during campaign setup.
  • Conduct market research globally to identify potential new partnerships, leveraging data analysis and market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal brand marketing, commercial, creative, PR, and influencer teams to identify opportunities and align on key initiatives, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Help plan and execute influencer performance campaigns, tracking key metrics such as traffic and conversions, and providing data-driven insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Support the management of the nano influencer programme, creating engaging content to share monthly and driving brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in partner marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized and structured, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as a team player, with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and Tableau for data analysis, with a strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling.
