You will report to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to support the management of our global partner program. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to align on key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of global partnership campaigns.
- Share daily reports to track and optimize partnership performance.
- Act as a point of contact for global tier 1 partners during campaign setup.
- Conduct market research globally to identify potential new partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal brand marketing, commercial, creative, PR, and influencer teams to identify opportunities and align on key initiatives.
- Help plan and execute influencer performance campaigns, tracking key metrics such as traffic and conversions.
- Support the management of the nano influencer program, creating engaging content to share monthly.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in partner marketing is a plus.
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as a team player and learning from others.
- Proficient in Excel and Tableau for data analysis.
