We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Logistics Manager to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our Material Support and Services Department, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes for logistic flows.
As part of our European MRO Logistic Platform team, you will be involved in after-sales services activities aimed at improving our customer services. Your primary focus will be on monitoring discrepancies blocking the logistics flow of parts in the platform and speeding up the solving of issues at each step of the logistic process, with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:- Follow up the discrepancies volume and type
- Analyze discrepancies root causes
- Build action plans with stakeholders to tackle root causes and track progress
- Reduce treatment time of discrepancies
- Contribute to mapping upfront checks at Airbus regional hubs and customer bases
- Support the setup of financial handbooks for cost mapping with partner Daher, regarding litigation topics
- Lead process harmonization (customer & repair flow) such as TAG vs FME, Follow-up Sheet)
- Support continuous improvement projects related to programs (NH, 145, Tigre..) for all MRO family parts
- Education: Engineering degree or Master in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent
- Working experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in Logistics and/or after-sales services and/or supply chain
- Experience in logistic and import/export of aerospace material
- Ability to think out of the box and propose innovative solutions
- Languages: English (Fluent or Confirmed), French (Fluent)
- IT knowledge: Confirmed for SAP, GSuite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
