We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Sales Advisor (H/F) to join our team at SDVI Orvault. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for commercializing spare parts, accessories, and products, as well as managing orders and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on spare parts and accessories to customers, ensuring they receive the right products for their commercial vehicles.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
