The Role
This role reports to the Associate Manager for Logistics Operations West Europe and is part of an international team. As a Senior Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for managing data analysis and systems integration, driving cost savings through process improvements, and enhancing reporting and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data analysis and systems integration to optimize logistics operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Enhance reporting and KPIs to inform business decisions.
- Lead the warehouse and transport LSPs' performance reviews, close the loop, and implement improvement plans.
- Partner with fulfillment team, customer finance, local sales, supply planning, and 3PL to solve day-to-day logistics operational issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (3PL) to meet business objectives and control logistics costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain.
- University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with financial acumen.
- Advance skills in Excel, VBA scripting/Power Query.
- Working knowledge of SAP Production.
- Eager to learn and work in a regional Logistics Team.
- Strong interest in Logistics and Supply Chain learning.
- Strong Team player.
- Strong interest in international career development path, fully mobile.
