Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our business teams by analyzing vast amounts of data related to customer behavior. Your expertise will help us monitor key performance indicators, ensure data relevance and quality, and provide valuable insights to inform our product development and customer care strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to answer questions from our Customer Care team and synthesize results
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance indicators for product features and the Health Mate mobile application
  • Implement data processing pipelines to clean and precompute large volumes of data using dbt and Python
  • Design and execute surveys to gather customer feedback and share results with our teams
  • Develop data architectures tailored to project needs
  • Ensure data processing performance and integrity
Requirements
  • Experience in a data-oriented company, preferably with exposure to Customer Service topics
  • Proven expertise in leveraging data to build dashboards and analysis using tools like Metabase or Jupyter Notebooks
  • 5 years of higher education (engineering school, doctorate, or equivalent)
  • Data-oriented profile with a strong passion for improving user experience
  • Strong knowledge of Product/Business themes
  • Mastery of SQL, ClickHouse, dbt, and Python
