Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for supporting business teams, answering their questions, and enabling them to monitor key performance indicators.
As a Data Analyst, you'll analyze vast amounts of data related to customer behavior, create and maintain dashboards, implement data processing, and propose data architectures.
You'll work closely with the Customer Care team to provide insights and support, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to drive innovation.
Requirements- A first successful experience in a data-oriented company, ideally exposed to Customer Service topics
- A first experience leveraging data to build dashboards and analysis (using tools such as Metabase or Jupyter Notebooks)
- 5 years of higher education (engineering school, doctorate or equivalent);
- Data oriented profile with a strong appetite for improving the user experience;
- Strong knowledge of the Product / Business themes;
- Mastery of SQL, ClickHouse, dbt and Python.
