Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the South West region of France.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our commercial goals in the region.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network, improving their performance, and developing the tools and services needed to drive business growth.
You will also be responsible for managing funnel metrics, including lead to test drive conversion rates, and creating actionable improvement plans to drive business results.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our dealer network and internal stakeholders.
