Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the South West region of France.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our commercial goals in the region.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network, improving their performance, and developing the tools and services needed to drive business growth.
You will also be responsible for managing funnel metrics, including lead to test drive conversion rates, and creating actionable improvement plans to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial goals in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network
- Improve dealer performance and develop tools and services needed to drive business growth
- Manage funnel metrics and create actionable improvement plans
- Prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of success in commercial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and French, with Mandarin Chinese a plus
