Your key responsibilities will include:
- Formulating, in alignment with European regulations, the applicable guidelines for publicly traded companies: identifying crucial topics and disseminating these guidelines to management,
- Responding to inquiries from diverse internal and external stakeholders regarding the application of governance regulations,
- Standardizing internal decisions concerning the treatment of financial operations and the dissemination of information in accordance with these guidelines and European regulations,
- Engaging in team initiatives,
- Developing educational materials and contributing to knowledge management efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a master's degree in business law or financial law, demonstrating a robust understanding of corporate law and stock market regulations, particularly those pertaining to financial disclosures.
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the regulatory framework applicable to publicly traded companies, coupled with a keen interest in governance, executive compensation, and ESG issues. An enthusiasm for legal design is also desirable.
Your profile should reflect the following attributes and skills: meticulousness and analytical capabilities, proficiency in writing and synthesis, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
