About the RoleAs a Senior Rail Geotechnical Engineer, you will serve as a project manager for our team, focusing on project execution, winning repeat work, building client relationships, developing new clients, and managing key client accounts.
Responsibilities- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Manage and mentor junior team members to help them grow and develop in their careers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in civil/geotechnical engineering
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- A strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
