Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients, a banking group.
Role:
Within the Global Market & Risks IT department, the Derivatives team manages the BackOffice operations for interest rate, credit, foreign exchange products, and currency options.
As part of the team enhancement, the Business Analyst will engage in regulatory projects such as Transaction Reporting, addressing new regulations and the evolution of various jurisdictions including EMIR, MMSR, SMMD, MIFID, HKTR, MAS, CFTC, and CANADA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and formalize proposed solutions.
- Specify, test, and validate selected solutions with end users.
- Document client approvals and coordinate production implementation steps.
- Support and analyze existing processes to provide the most suitable responses.
The consultant should be capable of working independently and demonstrate strong communication skills, as interactions with diverse stakeholders are expected.
Experience as a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of the functional aspects of interest rate, credit, foreign exchange products, and currency options is essential.
Additionally, the consultant should possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar environment.
