Role OverviewThe Senior Business Strategy Analyst will be instrumental in facilitating operational and project initiatives within the Ratings & Research (R&R) division. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to assist the R&R Chief of Staff (CoS) in executing and communicating R&R strategic objectives across various business lines and regions. The role demands a unique combination of analytical expertise, innovative thinking, and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting directly to the CoS, the Senior Business Strategy Analyst will oversee the tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and generate a monthly Ratings & Research Resource Adequacy Report under the CoS's guidance.
- Organize meeting schedules and ensure that all related documentation is accessible and properly archived.
- Develop materials for internal events, including R&R town halls, senior management retreats, and other ad hoc projects as required.
- Assist in creating and updating materials for board meetings and operational reviews.
- Engage in various projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with Moody's Brand Portal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and trust.
- Proactive, diligent, and disciplined work ethic.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Open-minded and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
