Job Description:
NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for a new EIB project: "JASPERS on-site consultancy for institutional strengthening in Ukraine". We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Expert to contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine by providing on-site consultancy to relevant counterparts.
- Support the development of institutional capacity in Ukraine through expert advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and address key challenges in the agricultural sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of agricultural projects in Ukraine.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the agriculture sector, with a focus on institutional strengthening and capacity building.
- Proven expertise in EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects (CBA), and international procurement standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local stakeholders and international teams.
Working Conditions:
