About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Controller to join our Travel and Transport Business Line. This is a key position that will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for tracking and analyzing key financial indicators such as OI, Revenues, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and cash throughout the financial cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and report on program performance monthly
  • Control program costs, revenues, and margins, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Track and analyze OPEX against forecasts and budget
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Support the preparation of monthly business reviews for senior management
  • Optimize cash flow by managing overdue accounts and invoicing processes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
  • Autonomous, enthusiastic, and self-starting with a positive outlook
  • Team player with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Experienced in Project Finance, including IFRS 15 POC revenue recognition
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize complex analyses
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Effective communicator in a multi-country, matrix organization
  • Previous experience in Project Management, preferably in IT/SW, and in a multinational company is a plus
