Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager for Broadband Solutions will spearhead business development and drive growth for Harmonic's Fiber/PON and Broadband offerings. This role involves crafting regional and local go-to-market strategies while focusing on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts across Southern and parts of Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with senior business and technical executives, demonstrating the advantages of deploying multi-gigabit services with confidence and expertise.
2. Manage the direct or indirect sales strategy for identified solutions, ensuring alignment with Harmonic's Go-To-Market model.
3. Provide timely reporting of key information and maintain accurate forecasting to enhance company visibility.
4. Collaborate effectively with sales resources, including solutions, product management, program management, partners, and the executive team, to coordinate participation in strategic initiatives.

Performance Goals:
Achieve and surpass agreed sales and profit targets for Harmonic's business within the designated customer base and territory.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in regional sales management or business development within the Fiber/PON and Broadband sectors, with a focus on named accounts. Proven skills in pipeline and forecast management, along with the ability to articulate a compelling business case.

Consultative Sales Skills:
Ability to effectively analyze and resolve complex sales situations within strategic accounts.

Creative Problem Solving:
Develop innovative sales positioning and solution selling techniques tailored to challenging sales scenarios.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is an advantage.

Work Environment:
This position offers remote work flexibility.
