Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at VD Recrutement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing sales in the outdoor renovation market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Identify and assess client needs, negotiate agreements, and manage client portfolios independently.
  • Business Development: Prospect and acquire new clients, develop and support trade partner networks, and collaborate with regional sales managers to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Provide detailed daily reports in our CRM, work collaboratively, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales with a technical and commercial background.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial.
  • Strong sales abilities, customer-oriented, and goal-focused.
