**About the Role**
We are seeking an Event Project Manager to join our Customer Success team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing events that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and service providers to deliver successful events
- Ensure prompt responses to client requests and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Negotiate with service providers to protect the company's profit margin
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Onboard and train new team members
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and products
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including:
• €38,000 per year (€34,000 during the trial period) + bonus
