As a Project Manager at Worldline, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive and complex customer projects in the payment environment. Your task will be to actively organize daily work and introduce new ideas to improve service delivery. You will be inspired by changing topics and stakeholders, and you will be motivated to work with internal and external customers in the project business. Your expertise will be required to coordinate time, budget, and resources.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects in an international payment environment
  • Responsible for project goals in terms of time, costs, quality, and technology
  • Active management of quality, risk, and change
  • Implementation and optimization of internal processes in cooperation with other departments
  • Coordination of various interests of all stakeholders and proactive and transparent communication
  • Provision of correct and result-oriented reporting of projects and preparation of necessary project documentation
  • Portfolio management support if required

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master degree (university or college) ideally in IT, business informatics, or economics
  • Years of experience in management of multi-disciplinary projects in an international environment
  • Experience in payment transactions or card business would be a plus
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills, as well as a strong flair for numbers
  • High customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and French
