About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People & Performance Lead France. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead the HR function in France, including supervising HR staff and managing HR projects
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage the negotiation of company agreements and ensure compliance with all legal social obligations
  • Develop and implement HR development and compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, talent review, succession planning, etc.
  • Supervise the payroll of the 2 sites and negotiate with external service providers
  • Manage departures, disciplinary procedures, individual cases, and litigation
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in general HR management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong relational intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, diplomacy, and impartiality
  • Ability to work remotely with employees and managers
  • Privacy management
  • Deep knowledge of Labor law. Knowledge of Chemical Industries is a plus.
  • Payroll management and personnel administration
  • Project management skills
  • Hierarchical and transversal management
  • Fluent English
