Job DescriptionThe Business/Network Development Specialist will be responsible for promoting the business and dealer network, ensuring optimal compliance with brand standards in distributors that provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the brand's network development plan and supervise the follow-up in the medium and long term, for the entire national territory, at the concession and installation level, Sales and Post-Sales.
- Guarantee correct compliance with the standards and guidelines contractual.
- Support of training initiatives for importer and dealer network employees as needed.
- Do overall administration of support systems for all internal and external users.
- Prepare reports in order to provide management and HQ with sufficient information on the degree of compliance with contractual standards, network points, etc.
