Transformation PMO Role
ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales is seeking a skilled Transformation PMO to lead the Supply Risk Management transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying systems and practices across various Risk Management teams in BtoB, across targeted geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the deployment of practices and systems with Risk Management teams, ensuring alignment with their capacity to deliver.
- Monitor the global transformation project's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize framing sessions for new use cases and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency in Supply Risk Management
- Provide continuous watch and advice/support to BP Downstream leaders to maintain Supply Risk Management organization, processes, and resources in line with business ambitions and operational efficiency objectives.
- Facilitate interactions with GEMS ECs for effective support and transparent dialogue with support & control functions.
- Coordinate internal interactions with other GEMS BPs and Group Entities to find and implement business and operational synergies.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong formalization and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of finance and energy management principles.
