We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, strategies, and messaging to provide added value to their plans and projects.
- Support internal stakeholders and customers in the development and execution of creative materials that align with our clients' goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design plans are aligned with project and business priorities.
- Make informed decisions to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining consistency with our corporate identity and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Content Production and Engage Digital teams to ensure that all distribution channels are effectively utilized.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, challenge received briefs, and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in online/digital marketing, with a strong track record of working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong ideation, conceptualization, and visual design skills, with a passion for creating compelling visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently advocate for design ideas.
- Understanding of buyer journey, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
