Key Responsibilities- Maintain operational infrastructure in line with client commitments and ensure the availability and integrity of hosted services and systems.
- Provide solutions to problems encountered by application teams to the SRE team.
- Define, with the CTO, Engineering Manager, and Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering Manager, the most efficient infrastructure for deploying applications, and organize its deployment.
- Conduct technological monitoring of all infrastructure and be a source of proposals.
- Take charge of analyses and problem resolutions via Servicenow.
- Participate actively in system information security.
- Participate in audits (PCIDSS, ISAE3402, ISO27001…).
For example, the team works on setting up a distributed application system on Kubernetes: automation on multiple data centers with cloud extension, setting up an anti-DDOS solution to protect against attacks.
You may also work on additional missions:
- Collaborate with other IT central administrators' teams (Administrators Systems and Networks).
- Develop automation, monitoring, and reporting tools.
- Maintain a CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
We are looking for a candidate with a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree, with 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure, networks, and cloud.
Recognized for your technical expertise, adaptability, and pragmatism, you are also skilled in communication and interpersonal relationships. You are oriented towards client service.
You have expertise in networks and cloud, and you master Linux and Windows systems, as well as Docker, Swarm, and Kubernetes virtualization.
You are familiar with IT projects and have knowledge of ITIL.
You have significant experience on deployment projects for infrastructure systems around the following technical environments:
- Hyper-converged infrastructures: Nutanix
- Servers: Dell
- Firewalls: Stormshield
- Routing: BGP / MPLS with Arista
- Switching: Dell / HP
- Monitoring: Icinga & Librenms
- Cloud: AWS
