About the position:
Our client, a reputable Brokerage Firm in Paris focusing on Construction Insurance for residential properties, is seeking a CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS HANDLER for a contract role. You will join a dedicated team of five professionals who value attributes such as Professionalism, Adaptability, Friendliness, and Expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Opening and managing claims files
- Evaluating declarations
- Coordinating expert assignments
- Reviewing Company positions
- Monitoring amicable and procedural claims
- Acting as a liaison between Insured parties and the Company
- Data entry utilizing specialized insurance software: BELAIR
- Proficient use of WORD and EXCEL for statistical management
- Engaging with clients and Companies via phone and in-person
Profile sought:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized individual who can quickly adapt to the role and thrives in a team environment. Strong presentation and writing skills are essential. Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL, along with familiarity with specialized insurance software, is required. A background in Insurance is preferred. Immediate availability is a must.
