We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Safety Manager to join our team at the Procter & Gamble St Louis plant. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing construction safety execution processes on multiple CapEx projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction safety plans and processes, change control, and commissioning activities
- Lead a team of field construction officers and build their construction safety capability
- Interpret construction plans and identify impacts on ongoing production environments
- Interface early in the design process to provide construction safety perspective reviews in engineering design
- Experience with Lean IPD project execution strategy and other construction technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Occupational Safety related degrees
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management and/or safety of large, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices with a minimum of OSHA 30-hour certification
