About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Head of the Abu Dhabi Operating Center, you will be responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and implementation of Quality Management systems and tools, as well as conducting employee training sessions.
You will assist the Quality Department Manager in executing Quality initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Defining System and Project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs),
- Establishing reporting mechanisms and generating Project and System Quality reports by gathering, documenting, and analyzing performance data related to Non-Conformance, Client Satisfaction Surveys, Audits, and Lessons Learned processes, while proposing corrective or enhancement actions.
- Supporting Project Quality teams during project execution in accordance with Project Quality standards.
- Collecting, analyzing, documenting, and processing feedback to develop Lessons Learned.
- Leading and conducting Quality audits.
- Reporting progress and addressing inquiries and issues with Client quality representatives.
- Fostering a Quality culture by ensuring the implementation of best practices and continuous enhancement of Project Quality standards and systems.
- Implementing an effective corrective and preventive action system and monitoring the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and waiver requests.
- Leading or participating in investigations to address quality concerns.
- Configuring and updating the Quality Management System (QMS) and contributing to its ongoing improvement.
- Compiling and analyzing quality data to identify trends and root causes.
- Assisting Projects or Departments in conducting audits/reviews and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Supporting the Project Quality Manager in routine quality activities as assigned.
- Reviewing the accuracy and availability of all Quality-related documentation.
- Contributing to the development of training plans and ensuring timely implementation.
- Communicating programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other employees.
- Gathering cost control and statistical data to support quality objectives as necessary.
- Participating in the development of Group tools and policies to measure performance.
- Regularly reporting on system performance and new developments.
- Assisting in the specification and acquisition of appropriate Group tools.
- Conducting statistical analyses and acting based on the results derived from these analyses.
- Providing Quality support and guidance to project/site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administering the INTELEX System of Record for the Abu Dhabi Operating Center in collaboration with the QHSES team.
- Supporting Projects and the Quality Management System team with INTELEX usage through training and inductions.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering; technical diploma or equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of relevant procedures and Management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus).
