Kenvue is a leading global healthcare company that is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to improve people's lives. We are currently seeking an experienced EMEA MS&T Packaging Engineer to join our team.
This role reports to the EMEA MS&T Packaging Supervisor and is based at our Val De Reuil Manufacturing Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying tertiary packaging projects, including NPD, quality and compliance, improvement of existing packaging, qualification of equivalent packaging materials, packaging cost improvement, plant support, and development of new products or roll out of existing ones.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. They will also have experience in R&D or engineering packaging, with a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven track record of delivering results.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our packaging team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve packaging solutions. They will be responsible for identifying and evaluating technical solutions, defining and executing packaging development plans, analyzing and validating packaging technical drawings, and communicating packaging milestones and risks.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate technical solutions, including materials aligned to sustainability guidelines.
- Define and execute packaging development plans.
- Analyze and validate packaging technical drawings.
- Define and communicate packaging milestones.
- Evaluate and communicate risks with associated mitigation/back up plan.
- Initiate safety assessment process, through proper communication to responsible department.
- Generate packaging documentation for product release for own projects or can validate packaging document for projects managed by another member of the team.
- Contribute to innovation developing consumer understanding and identifying new ideas.
- Be part of transversal team on simplification/innovation project.
- Lead external suppliers in technical assessment and validation process of improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
- Experience required in R&D or Engineering Packaging.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Strong skills in project management.
- Good relational and organizational skills, proactivity and flexibility in problem solving and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
