Our client is a family-owned SME distributing fasteners to national and international major accounts.

Your Missions

You will be responsible for generating customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients and prospects.

  • Respond to customer inquiries: information, order tracking...
  • Conduct technical and commercial studies
  • Prepare quotes
  • Place orders with suppliers and track them
  • Negotiate prices and delivery terms with clients and suppliers
  • Review contracts
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Provide specific support for international clients

You will be an expert in the proposed solutions and be able to accompany your clients independently and comprehensively through your direct relationship with suppliers.

Your Profile

  • Degree in a technical and/or commercial field (Bac+2/3)
  • Previous experience in customer relations for technical products
  • You are curious, a good communicator, and a skilled negotiator.
  • You are interested in working in a SME environment.
  • You are able to exchange in English on technical issues with clients and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
