At D-ploy, we are a dynamic and innovative IT and Engineering Solutions company with a strong presence in the EMEA region and the USA. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Part-time IT Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary liaison between service delivery and the business for all shopfloor IT systems, particularly MES.
  2. Deliver high-quality IT Services, Systems, and Applications to the Business.
  3. Collaborate with Global experts to provide Support and enhancements in the Network, Infrastructure, Database, and SQL database areas.
  4. Contribute to the Demand Management Process, deploying new services by understanding Business needs, clarifying requirements, aligning with vendors, and conducting security analysis.
  5. Assist with the onboarding process of new applications, defining new services in SNOW.
  6. Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, aligning with the Huningue IT team, actively managing their expectations, and monitoring satisfaction levels.
  7. Ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by the IT Organization.
  8. Comply with Security and Compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Over 2 years of experience in Service management or a similar role.
  3. Strong fundamental knowledge in main IT areas.
  4. Good understanding of business processes.
  5. ServiceNow experience.
  6. Flexible and team-oriented individual.
  7. Collaborative and creative problem-solver who can communicate effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
  8. Experience working in multinational teams, sensitive to cultural differences, and adaptable.
  9. Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  10. Candidates must provide a Criminal record extract not older than three months.
