InterGame Ltd, a prominent player in the gaming technology and services sector, is seeking a Fraud and Risk Management Lead to spearhead our risk and fraud oversight initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.

Employment Type: Permanent contract - Full time - Nantes/Paris/Portugal/Malta/ Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fraud Monitoring: Oversee player gaming activities, leading inquiries into potential fraudulent behavior. Formulate and implement appropriate actions and penalties for those involved in fraudulent conduct.
  2. Risk Evaluation: Execute comprehensive risk evaluations.
  3. Compliance with Industry Standards: Guarantee that the organization's risk management strategies comply with industry regulations across various markets.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports and analyses for senior management regarding risk patterns, fraud occurrences, and the success of risk mitigation strategies.

Functional Areas of Focus:

  1. Assess player gaming habits, including gameplay style, betting frequency, and wager amounts.
  2. Implement necessary limits and restrictions.
  3. Sportsbook Analytics: Conduct ongoing evaluations of client gaming patterns, financial metrics, and other indicators. Confirm the accuracy of game result probabilities and ensure prompt responses to game events.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Duties:

  1. Establish and monitor market-specific player identification verification processes.
  2. Manage multiple accounts based on various criteria.
  3. Oversee limits, restrictions, and specific player requests.

Payment Oversight Responsibilities:

  1. Review and supervise player transaction requests.
  2. Ensure the precision of customer deposit and withdrawal operations.
  3. Collaborate with customer support regarding declined transaction requests.

Required Skills:

  1. Degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or IT).
  2. Demonstrated experience in risk management and fraud prevention within the iGaming sector.
  3. Familiarity with iGaming regulations and compliance obligations.
