Lead Specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility

We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to join our ESG team at KPMG-France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on sustainable development and ESG matters to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits and reviews of clients' ESG reports and performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies and recommendations for clients, including stakeholder engagement, diagnostic, and indicator-based monitoring.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize their organizational structures and processes related to ESG reporting.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or environmental science.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ESG consulting, auditing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to prospect and develop business opportunities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of ESG principles and practices.
- Fluency in French and English.
