About Us:
Cerba healthCare is a leading organization committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR Manager to join our team and drive our environmental initiatives forward.
Profil
Profil:
Education: Degree in CSR, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR or sustainability roles.
Expertise: Proven expertise in climate-related initiatives and sustainability practices.
Language: Fluency in English is required;
Job Description:
As the CSR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing our environmental strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Strategy Deployment: Implement the Group's environmental strategy across all business units.
-Committee Co-Animation: Co-animate the Group's Environmental Committee, fostering collaboration and innovation.
-International Network Coordination: Lead and support the Green Network on an international scale, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
-Performance Management: Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Carbon Footprint Management: Conduct carbon footprint assessments and oversee the company's adherence to SBTi targets.
-Action Plan Development: Define and track local action plans to achieve environmental objectives.
-CDP Questionnaire: Manage the completion and submission of the CDP questionnaire, ensuring accurate and comprehensive reporting.
-CSRD Contribution: Contribute to the publication of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) reports.
-Internal and External Communication: Communicate CSR initiatives and achievements to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership.
