About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the business performance of Orange Business's flagship products. You will be responsible for launching products around secure identity and secure identity portfolios. You will lead the product roadmap, driving technical and functional evolutions, and embedding business, user experience, innovation, and sustainability dimensions into a demanding product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product strategy to clients and internal teams

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and anticipate technological and functional evolutions

• Define target markets in collaboration with commercial teams

• Conduct opportunity studies to position the offer on the value chain and formulate the value proposition

• Define a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with commercial teams

Pilotage des Roadmaps

• Define and prioritize products and features based on market and customer insights

• Write user needs and follow product development and roadmap

• Implement measurement tools and analyze user behavior

• Assist in the development and delivery of products in collaboration with technical teams

• Ensure the quality of the proposed experience through client view testing

Pilotage de la performance Business

• Follow product P&L, margin, and customer satisfaction

• Co-construct the operational marketing plan and communicate on the solution and its uses

• Animate and form the product ecosystem

• Ensure effective communication with commercial teams

• Realize key marketing deliverables

• Occasionally support the implementation of demonstrations

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)

• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field

• Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
